known in India are offered during religious festivals,
weddings and other special occasions. Our recipes originated
in India but have been modified over the years to better
suit the South African palate, resulting in a smoother
texture which is not as overpoweringly spicy or gritty
as their Indian counterparts.
Our sweetmeat masters are fluent in the art of Muthai
making and have years of experience.
